Every locol pours the same house blend: Coastal Roast. It is roasted for milk, with house-brewed chocolate and caramel notes, a gentle acidity and a finish that holds up in a long black. We chose it after months of cupping with our roaster, tasting each candidate the way locals actually drink coffee: early, quickly, often with oat milk.

Our counters run two milks side by side so nobody waits for the "alternative" jug. Oat is the default second milk in every store.
